Carlo Coccoli

General Manager of DEAS, after a long career as an executive in the Public Sector at IBM Italy.

He has held numerous managerial positions that have given him an in-depth understanding of the Italian Public Administration sector. In particular, he led the Alliances and Public Procurement division at IBM for many years, served as a board member for several public-private consortiums, and was the Commercial Director of Sistemi Informativi S.p.A. (an IBM subsidiary) from 2007 to 2012. Prior to that, he was the head of the Learning Services Division for IBM Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

He has also contributed as a freelance writer to several local and national publications.

In May 2022, he was awarded the title of Master of Work by the President of the Republic.
