Luigi Mauro

Human Resources Director of DEAS, he began his career as an Officer in the Italian Carabinieri, where he held operational roles for almost 20 years. He attended the Military Academy of Modena and the Officers' School of Rome, earning a degree in Law from the "La Sapienza" University of Rome, a degree in Internal and External Security Sciences from the "Tor Vergata" University of Rome, a Master's in Healthcare Management ("MAS") from the Luiss Business School in Rome, and a Master's in Human Resources Management from the LUMSA University of Rome.

In 2011, he left the Carabinieri to join the San Pio da Pietrelcina Foundation of the Capuchin Friars Minor, where he held the position of Human Resources Director, Security Manager, and handled institutional relations at the Sanctuary of San Pio da Pietrelcina in San Giovanni Rotondo.

In 2018, he joined the IRCCS "Casa Sollievo della Sofferenza" Foundation – Works of San Pio da Pietrelcina, initially serving as Head of the U.O.C. Heritage, Donations, and Bequests Department and later as Deputy Director of the U.O.C. Human Resources and Organization Department.

In 2024, he joined DEAS S.p.A., where he currently holds the position of Human Resources Director.
