Throughout his career, he has held increasingly senior roles, providing direct support to corporate governance bodies and overseeing critical functions such as budgeting, financial planning, statutory and tax reporting, management reporting, and treasury operations.

He has built strong expertise in the organization and supervision of both strategic and operational business processes, with a focus on activity planning, decision-making workflows, process optimization, and the coordination of cross-functional projects with high organizational impact. He has also managed direct relationships with financial institutions, external consultants, regulatory bodies, and industrial partners.

Since July 2019, he has served as Chief Financial Officer at DEAS S.p.A., where he is responsible for coordinating and overseeing the company’s administrative, accounting, tax, and financial functions. He leads financial planning and management control, and manages relationships with banks, external professionals, and corporate stakeholders, offering operational and strategic support to the company’s governing bodies.

Over the years, he has earned internal recognition for leading the digital transformation of accounting and management control processes, achieving significant improvements in efficiency and transparency. He played a key role in restructuring the administrative department and redefining internal operational workflows. His structured and transparent approach to financial and document management has been positively acknowledged by banks and external consultants.

He has also directly coordinated financial statement preparation, audit processes, and due diligence activities in the context of extraordinary transactions and corporate reorganizations, consistently earning the trust of company ownership and executive leadership in the management of all administrative and financial functions.
