He has gained extensive experience in the administrative, financial and organisational management of companies operating in the fields of strategic consulting and technological innovation. Throughout his career, he has held positions of increasing responsibility, providing direct support to corporate governance bodies and taking responsibility for key activities including budgeting, financial planning, statutory and tax closings, management reporting and treasury management.
He has developed strong expertise in the organisation and oversight of business processes, with a particular focus on organisational and operational matters, activity planning, decision-making workflows, internal process optimisation and the leadership of high-impact cross-functional projects. He has also directly managed relationships with banks, external advisors, supervisory authorities and industrial partners.
He currently serves as Administration and Finance Director of DEAS S.p.A., with responsibility for coordinating and overseeing the company’s administrative, accounting, tax and financial functions. He ensures the integration of administrative and control processes, financial planning, management control and the management of relationships with financial and institutional stakeholders, providing operational and strategic support to the company’s governing bodies.
Throughout his career, he has received internal recognition for his decisive contribution to the digitalisation of accounting and management control processes, delivering significant improvements in efficiency, transparency and corporate oversight. He played a central role in the restructuring of the administrative function and in the definition of internal operating workflows. He has also been recognised by banks and advisors for his transparent, structured and results-oriented approach to managing financial relationships.
He has directly coordinated financial statement preparation, audit and due diligence processes in connection with extraordinary transactions and corporate reorganisations, building a strong relationship of trust with shareholders and management in the oversight of the Company’s administrative, financial and organisational functions.
